This was the idea of Slovenia Times as well as the Ljubljana Tourist Board as they wanted somebody to deliver magazines especially to tourists for free which will be a great help for the tourists. The postman will be wearing a top hat with a dark blue and orange suit. The suit was inspired from a standard Austro-Hungarian uniform on a postcard from year 1980.
